Job Summary
Provide high level, friendly service to retail and installer customers; assist store management in completing assigned tasks; greet customers, help select merchandise, and process exchanges and returns. Handle phone inquiries, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote company programs. Maintain cash drawer and process payments; drive and deliver as needed. Perform daily store operations (stocking, planogram updates, inventory counts, freight receivals, image maker). Conduct in-store services (install wipers, test batteries and charging systems, scan codes, replace headlight capsules) and assist with training, AS E certification is desired.
