Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides a high level of service to retail and installer customers, assists with merchandise selection, and supports store management in completing assigned tasks. Key responsibilities include promoting company customer service programs, efficiently handling phone and in-store customer interactions, maintaining cash drawer accuracy, processing returns, addressing customer complaints, and performing various in-store services. Requirements include strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask.

- Ability to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
