The Parts Specialist will provide outstanding service to retail and professional customers, assist with customer inquiries, manage transactions, and support store operations through daily tasks including inventory and deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging knowledge
- Weatherly index system familiarity
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
