Job Summary
TheParts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, greets customers, assists with parts selection, looks up parts and quotes prices, processes transactions, helps manage returns/exchanges, supports planogram updates and stocking, and may perform in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries) and occasional deliveries. Bilingual candidates are encouraged; ASE certification and automotive parts familiarity are desirable. The role supports store management, adheres to customer service programs, handles cash and credit transactions, and maintains store appearance and inventory. Training will be provided for equipment and procedures. This position emphasizes courteous customer service, efficient multitasking, and adherence to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Multitask across in-store and phone interactions
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desired
- Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, or automotive sales or service (ASE certification desirable)
