Job Summary
Provide high level customer service to retail and installer customers, assist with parts lookup, pricing and related selling; handle cash and credit transactions; process exchanges/returns; assist with daily store operations including stocking, planogram updates, and basic in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries); occasional delivery driving as needed; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; opportunities for career growth within O’Reilly Auto Parts.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- ASE certification
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system
- Experience with automotive sales or service
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
