The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management with assigned tasks. Responsibilities include customer assistance, managing cash transactions, handling complaints, completing training, and performing various operational tasks. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
