Job Summary
The Parts Specialist role involves providing exceptional service to retail and installer customers, aiding in merchandise selection, and supporting store management. This position requires the ability to multitask, prompt customer engagement, accurate cash handling, and maintaining customer satisfaction by resolving complaints. Key functions include assisting callers, processing exchanges and returns, conducting inventory tasks, and operating store equipment after training. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and knowledge of automotive parts is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
