Job Summary

Parts Specialist responsible for providing high level customer service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management, and performing various operational tasks. Duties include greeting customers, assisting with product selection, maintaining cash drawer accuracy, processing transactions, and resolving customer complaints. Must handle phone and in-store customer inquiries simultaneously, and operate store test equipment after training. Ideal candidates have a background in automotive parts and customer service.
