Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, greet customers, assist with selecting parts, quote prices, and suggest related items while promoting company programs. Responsibilities include processing cash and credit transactions, handling exchanges/returns, maintaining cash drawer, answering store calls, assisting with stock/planogram updates, freight receivals, and inventory counts. The role may involve operating store equipment after training, performing in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing/changing batteries, diagnosing vehicle trouble codes), and occasional deliveries when needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged. Desired ASE certification and fluency in Spanish are noted. The position emphasizes customer service excellence, multitasking across customer interactions, knowledge of automotive parts, and a promote-from-within culture.
