The Parts Specialist will deliver exceptional customer service to both retail and installer customers while supporting store management. Responsibilities include assisting customers with merchandise selection, maintaining cash drawer accuracy, processing transactions, handling customer complaints, and performing operational tasks related to inventory and merchandise returns. The role requires multitasking abilities and strong customer service skills, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications

- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
