Job Summary
Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, greets customers, assists in selecting merchandise, supports management and installers, answers store calls, quotes prices, processes exchanges/returns, and handles cash and card transactions. Provides in-store services (install wipers, test/battery charging, diagnose vehicle trouble codes), stocks and fronts merchandise, updates planograms, and may drive deliveries. Bilingual candidates encouraged; extensive training and benefits package noted; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to multitask and provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
- Ability to operate cash drawer and process transactions
- Experience in handling store operations and customer interactions
- Willingness to perform routine store services and deliveries as needed
