Parts Specialist

Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver excellent service to both retail and installer customers. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, answering calls, processing transactions, maintaining cash drawer accuracy, resolving customer complaints, and performing various operational tasks. The role requires multitasking capabilities and a friendly demeanor while serving customers both in-store and over the phone. Additional responsibilities may include operating store equipment and making deliveries when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
