Job Summary
Provide high level customer service to retail and installer customers; greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise; support store management in assigned tasks; answer store calls, lookup parts and quote prices, and promote related selling programs; process exchanges/returns and handle cash/credit transactions; maintain and secure cash drawer; assist with daily image maker, planogram updates, inventory, and stocking; operate brake lathe and other test equipment after training; perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, diagnose issues) and occasional local deliveries; bilingual capabilities encouraged to support a diverse customer base.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Provide outstanding, friendly, professional customer service
- Multitask skills to handle in-store and phone interactions
- Ability to process cash, checks, credit card transactions accurately and securely
- Participate in daily store operations including stocking, planogram updates, and basic maintenance
- Ability to drive a delivery vehicle when necessary (driving record must meet eligibility requirements)
- Foreign language skills are a plus (Spanish highly desired)
- Willingness to complete required training and adhere to company policies
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification (desirable)
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
