Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, assist store management, and support customer transactions. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining customer service programs, processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and operating store test equipment. The position requires multitasking skills and the ability to provide professional service both in-store and over the phone. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Ability to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store

- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
