Parts Specialist

Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers with part selection and service needs. Execute daily operational tasks including planogram updates, inventory cycle counts, and merchandise returns while operating store test equipment. Process cash and credit card transactions, handle exchanges and returns, and resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies. Complete assigned training and support store management with assigned duties. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
