The Parts Specialist will provide high-level customer service to retail and installer customers, assist store management, and support various operational tasks. Responsibilities include customer greetings, order processing, cash handling, resolving complaints, and performing automotive services as permitted by law.

- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
