Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers by providing parts, quotes, and related selling. Maintain and secure the cash drawer, process exchanges and returns, and resolve customer complaints while following company service programs. Complete assigned training, assist with daily image maker and planogram updates, and perform inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle. Match alphanumeric sequences and multitask between phone and store interactions. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish is highly desired
