Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers, greet customers, assist in selecting merchandise, quote prices and recommend related items, handle cash and card transactions securely, process exchanges/returns, and address customer concerns. The role supports store management in daily tasks, completes required training, and may perform in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, diagnostic checks) and occasional local deliveries. Bilingual candidates are encouraged. The position emphasizes accurate cash handling, POS transactions, stock replenishment, planogram updates, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Desired qualifications include ASE certification and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
