Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers with parts selection and service needs. Maintain cash drawers, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns while resolving complaints. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, updating planograms, and performing inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathes and other test equipment after training, and perform in-store services like battery testing and code scanning. Deliver parts when required, ensuring all company customer service programs are followed. Complete assigned training and support store management with assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
