Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high levels of customer service to retail and installer customers, supports store management, and handles various daily operational tasks. This role requires matching alphanumeric sequences, multitasking, cash handling, and resolving customer complaints. Responsibilities include assisting customers with merchandise selection, processing transactions, managing returns, and performing in-store services such as wiper installation and battery testing. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Ability to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging and weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
