Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assisting with merchandise selection, and supporting store management with related tasks. Key responsibilities include adhering to customer service programs, answering calls, maintaining the cash drawer, processing exchanges, and handling customer complaints. The role requires multitasking abilities and strong customer service skills, with preferred experience in automotive parts and sales. This position may involve driving for deliveries as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging and Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
