Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service, support store management, and assist customers in selecting merchandise. Responsibilities include maintaining cash drawers, processing transactions, resolving customer complaints, handling operational tasks, and performing in-store services where allowed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
