Job Summary
Parts Specialist needed to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, assist store management with tasks, greet customers, help professionals, process exchanges/returns, manage cash and credit transactions, maintain stock and planograms, and perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test and charge batteries, diagnose issues). Bilingual candidates encouraged; familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service is a plus. Role involves occasional delivery driving and requires adherence to company policies and procedures, training completion, and customer-focused problem solving.
