Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers with parts selection and service needs. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, planogram updates, inventory cycle counts, and processing returns. Handle cash transactions, exchanges, and returns while resolving customer complaints in accordance with company policies. Operate brake lathes and other test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as battery testing and code scanning. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
