Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional customer service to retail and installer customers, assisting them in selecting merchandise and completing transactions. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phone calls, managing the cash drawer, processing returns, addressing complaints, and performing daily operational tasks. Applicants must demonstrate strong multitasking skills and a dedication to professional customer service. A background in automotive parts and familiarity with related systems is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
