Parts Specialist

The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers and supports store management in assigned tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting in merchandise selection, surveying professional customers, executing company training, handling phone inquiries with accurate price Lookups and recommendations, processing cash/credit transactions, performing exchanges/returns per policy, resolving customer complaints, assisting with planogram updates and image maker tasks, stocking and shelf maintenance, handling daily operational duties (including returns to distribution center and stock counts), operating store test equipment after training, and occasionally driving a delivery vehicle when needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; the role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, operations, and compliance with company policies.
