Job Summary
Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, supports store management, handles cash and transactions, assists with part lookups and pricing, processes exchanges/returns, answers calls, conducts in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, battery tests), and supports merchandising and stock tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged; role includes potential delivery support and requires adherence to company customer service programs and policies. ASE certification is desirable; strong communication and multitasking skills are needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- multitask in-store and on the phone
- familiarity with automotive parts and sales is desirable
- ASE certification desirable (preferred)
- bilingual Spanish highly desired
