Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, supports store management, and assists with customer interactions both in-store and over the phone. Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing cash transactions, processing returns, and resolving customer complaints. The role requires multitasking, maintaining inventory, and performing various in-store services as permitted by law. The specialist must possess the ability to match alphanumeric sequences and deliver professional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
