Provide high level customer service to retail and installer customers; assist store management with tasks; greet customers, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related selling; handle cash, returns, exchanges, and credit transactions; assist with daily image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves, and basic in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, diagnosing vehicle trouble codes); occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; O’Reilly Auto Parts emphasizes teamwork, training, and promotional growth; equal opportunity employer.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
  • Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
  • Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
  • ASE certification (desired)
  • Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service (desired)
  • Excellent cash handling and POS skills
  • Ability to operate store equipment and perform in-store services per state/local laws
