Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, assists store management with tasks, and supports daily operations. Responsibilities include following customer service programs, greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selections, serving professional customers, answering store calls, looking up parts and prices, offering related items and the Low-Price Guarantee, handling cash and credit transactions, processing exchanges/returns, resolving complaints, and performing routine in-store tasks (stocking, planogram updates, freight receival, image maker, and other daily duties). The role may involve occasional driving for deliveries. Strong customer service, multilingual ability (Spanish encouraged), and familiarity with automotive parts and sales/service processes are valued.
