Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers as directed. Process exchanges, returns, and credit card transactions while maintaining the cash drawer. Complete assigned training, perform daily image maker updates, and execute inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and perform in-store services like installing wipers and scanning trouble codes. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
