Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide a high level of service to retail and installer customers. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, maintaining cash drawer operations, handling customer inquiries and complaints, managing daily operational tasks, and performing in-store services such as installations and equipment testing. Required skills include the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, deliver exceptional customer service, and accurately match alphanumeric sequences. Candidates with automotive knowledge and bilingual abilities are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Ability to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging knowledge
- Experience with weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
