Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides exceptional service to retail and installer customers by assisting with merchandise selection and addressing customer inquiries. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining cash drawer accuracy, processing returns, handling customer complaints, and supporting daily operational tasks. The role requires multitasking skills and a commitment to customer service excellence. Candidates should be capable of learning and operating store test equipment after training, and may occasionally deliver goods when needed. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
