Job Summary
As a Parts Specialist, you will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assist store management, and complete assigned company training. Your responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, handling returns, addressing complaints, and maintaining store operations. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, multitasking abilities, and detail orientation. Familiarity with automotive parts and ASE certification are preferred, along with fluency in multiple languages.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
