Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high levels of service to retail and installer customers, support store management, engage with customers in a friendly manner, handle cash transactions, process customer exchanges and returns, resolve complaints, and assist with operational tasks. Essential skills include the ability to quickly match sequences, deliver excellent customer service, and multitask in a busy environment. Desired qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts, ASE certification, and fluency in Spanish.
