Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional customer service to retail and installer customers, greet customers, assist in merchandise selection, and support store management tasks. Responsibilities include managing cash transactions, processing returns, addressing customer complaints, and completing various daily operational tasks. Skills required include the ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences, multitask effectively, and deliver friendly service. This role values familiarity with automotive parts and cataloging, with a preference for bilingual candidates, especially in Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging skills
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
