Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, supports store management, assists with customer inquiries, and handles cash transactions. Responsible for inventory tasks and assisting with deliveries while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
