Job Summary
Provide high-level customer service to retail and installer customers in a store environment. Greet customers, assist with selecting parts, look up prices, and quote items; maintain accurate cash handling and process transactions. Support store management with assigned tasks, handle exchanges/returns, answer store phone with policy-compliant service, and assist with daily image maker, planogram updates, stock replenishment, and basic in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, reading trouble codes) after training. Maintain a clean, compliant, and organized sales floor; participate in ongoing training and programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, etc.). Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to multitask handling customers on the phone and in the store
- Cash handling accuracy
- Ability to look up parts, quote prices, and process transactions
- Willingness to complete training relevant to the position
- Bilingual abilities encouraged (Spanish highly desired)
