Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management, and completing assigned training. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting in merchandise selection, maintaining the cash drawer, processing transactions, addressing customer complaints, performing operational tasks, operating store test equipment, and making deliveries as needed. Required skills include multitasking, excellent customer service, and the ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging and weatherly index system expertise
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
