Job Summary
Provide high-level service to retail and installer customers; greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, support store management with tasks, answer store calls, look up parts and quote prices, offer related items, process exchanges/returns, manage cash drawer and card transactions, resolve customer complaints, assist with image maker and planogram updates (receiving/freight, stocking, fronting), and perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test/charge batteries, test charging system, scan codes, replace headlight capsules). Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed. Bilingual candidates encouraged. Training provided; opportunities for growth within O’Reilly Auto Parts. Equal opportunity employer.
