Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides excellent customer service to retail and installer customers, assisting with merchandise selection and resolving complaints. Duties include maintaining cash drawer, processing returns, performing inventory counts, and operating store test equipment after training. The role requires multitasking amidst phone and in-store customers, promoting company service programs, and occasionally making deliveries. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; familiarity with automotive parts is desired.
