Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing high-level service to retail and installer customers, greeting customers promptly, assisting them with selections, and handling customer inquiries by phone. Essential functions include maintaining the cash drawer, processing transactions, addressing complaints, and assisting with daily operational tasks. Candidates should have the ability to multitask and deliver professional customer service. Familiarity with automotive parts and strong communication skills are valued.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging knowledge
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
