Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist installers with professional service needs while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Process exchanges, returns, and transactions by securely managing the cash drawer and accurately quoting parts. Maintain and secure inventory through daily image maker updates, planogram changes, cycle counts, and merchandise returns. Operate brake lathes and other test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as battery testing and code scanning. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business requires. Complete assigned company training and handle various operational tasks as directed. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
