Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-quality service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting in merchandise selection, processing transactions, handling customer complaints, performing inventory tasks, and operating certain store equipment. Candidates should possess strong multitasking skills and capability in customer service, with a preference for those familiar with automotive parts and possessing ASE certification. This role supports a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging skills
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
