Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will offer high-quality customer service to retail and installer customers, greet customers, assist them in merchandise selection, and support store management. Responsibilities include providing customer service over the phone, maintaining cash transactions, processing returns, and performing in-store services like battery testing and wiper installation. The role requires strong multitasking abilities, customer service skills, and familiarity with automotive parts. Candidates with automotive sales or service experience and bilingual skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
