Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, assisting them in selecting merchandise and ensuring excellent customer experience both in-person and over the phone. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining the cash drawer, processing returns, resolving complaints, and performing various tasks such as inventory counts and preparing merchandise returns. The role requires multitasking and capabilities in automotive parts knowledge, alongside participation in company training.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
