Job Summary
The Parts Specialist at O’Reilly Auto Parts provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, greets customers, assists with parts selection, looks up prices, and offers related items while processing transactions and handling returns/exchanges. The role includes assisting management with tasks, completing training, maintaining cash drawer accurately, addressing customer complaints, performing store operations (stocking, planogram updates, freight receipt, inventory counts), and potentially operating a delivery vehicle when needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged; experience with automotive parts or ASE certification is preferred, and Spanish language skills are highly valued.
