Job Summary
Provide retail and installer customers with high level service and support store management in completing tasks. Greet customers, assist in selecting merchandise, handle phone inquiries, process exchanges/returns, maintain cash drawer and complete transactions, perform stock duties (receiving, stocking, planogram updates), operate store test equipment after training, and offer in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test/charge batteries). Bilingual skills encouraged. Eligible for benefits and growth opportunities; emphasizes customer-focused service and adherence to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Outstanding customer service
- Multitask between phone and in-store customers
- Experience with cash handling and credit card transactions
- Familiarity with automotive parts is a plus
