The Parts Specialist will provide excellent customer service to retail and installer customers, assist in the selection of parts, and support store management. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, handling customer complaints, and maintaining store operations. Required skills include the ability to multitask and deliver professional service. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
