Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides retail and installer customers with exceptional service, supports store management in assigned tasks, and promotes customer service programs. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, processing transactions, resolving customer complaints, maintaining inventory, and performing in-store services as permitted by location regulations. Candidates are expected to have strong multitasking abilities, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to accurately handle cash transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging knowledge
- Experience in automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in Spanish
